③Every card brick is immediately coated with film after it comes off the production line, and is wrapped and coated to prevent scratches, dust and fingerprints.
④There are no thimble mold support point watermarks on both sides of the card tile, making the entire card tile more beautiful and flawless.
⑤Our card tiles are all treated with anti-UV treatment, which can better and effectively block the direct exposure of light to the card, and can effectively slow down the damage of ultraviolet rays to the color of the card and the fading of the signature handwriting!
⑥Seiko precision molds are the key to the quality of the card tiles. We use auto parts grade matching Seiko molds for processing. Every detail of the mold is polished 360 degrees so that the made card tiles are free of any burrs, water ripples, and every jam. The processing of the brick feed inlet is 100% fully inspected and carefully processed, so that the feed inlet is smooth and has no sharp edges and bumps.
